To make your life easier, you should get two things for feeding your fish Artemia nauplii - a sieve for Artemia which you can purchase in most pet shops, and a pipette or a syringe.
I have looked many placed to find a pipette in a suitable size, but it took me a long while to find one. Fortunately a syringe with a piece of air tube in the end works almost just as good. One advantage of the syringe is that you can guide the nauplii to almost any spot in the tank and the disadvantage is that the syringe requires two hands operation, where as the pipette can be handled with one hand.
With the syringe or pipette, you suck up the Artemia nauplii and deposit them in the sieve where you should rinse them with fresh water. After that you can either dip the sieve in the tank or use the syringe/pipette again and deposit the nauplii directly in the tank. If you need to feed in multiple tanks, the pipette or syringe is usually the best choice.
Even though I eventually found a large enough pipette, it is not very handy when you want to deposit the nauplii in the tank - therefore I have become most partial to the syringe. Remember you must replace the syringe and tube once in a while.
